“This process was straightforward. My sales representative was incredibly responsive to my inquiries throughout the entire process. I chose this company because they are one of the few that stand by their work. The installers arrived punctually and completed the job as promised, even though there was a slight rain delay. The only downside was that the post caps weren’t included with the installation. Since I’m not an expert in fencing, I wish I had been informed about this beforehand. The caps in the photos are the ones I purchased to determine which would more aesthetically pleasing. Update: Superior Fencing reached out to me and resolved my post cap concern. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their OUTSTANDING service!! Also to add they do offer alternate payment options, unlike many other companies who want all cash up front and not even warrant their work.”
