“Dealing with Superior was all around a great experience. Matt in sales did a great job understanding my needs and working through the options. He was not pushy, which I appreciated a lot. He was quick to work through several iterations of the plan and addressed feedback immediately. Permitting went quickly, and the installation team under the lead of Jose did an excellent job. They were hard workers, very respectful, and left the job site clean. They took care of some banana trees that were in the way free of charge. They even extended the fence across the easement to a neighbors fence so that it both passed inspection and keeps the dogs from escaping, which was a very welcome extra that I did not expect. Could you get a fence for cheaper? Probably. But the price is very reasonable and the quality of materials and workmanship, as well as the warranty are outstanding.”
