“This review is priceless. An individual posted a one star review about your company. The individual stated that your company fail to show up for an estimate. The individual decline any resolution you offer. I live next door to this individual. I didn't know about the individual posted review prior to me hiring Superior Fence and Rail.I too was in need of an estimation for 27ft of chainlink fencing. This fence was to deter this individual from making my southside of my home Grand Central Station in New York. Let me give you some examples, #1 poorly trained dogs (a pinball. A mixed pit bull and two other aggressive dogs. #2 without my permission, this individual perfer to walk on my nicely groom yard to reach their backyard and run their water hose on my side. Why? Their side has serious overgrowth issue. The straw that broke the camels back. This individual hires non licensed, non-insuranced, and non-bonded workers. These individuals utilized my property as if they have my permission. How did I resolve this disregard of my property rights. I hired the Superior Fence and Rail. The individual in question, walk by twice as your fantastic workers installed my beautiful chainlink fence. You could see the anger and displeasure in that individual face. PRICELESS.”

“I’m going to start my review from the beginning. Kaleb came out on July 9th to give us a free estimate. He was very nice and personable. He talked with us, we were able to ask questions and he made us feel comfortable. We looked at all 3 estimates and decided on which would be the best option. Told him we would need a few days to think about it. Well we decided that night and I was able to text his personal phone number and let him know our decision. We knew from the first initial visit it would be about 6-8 weeks but to our surprise they were able to install yesterday (7/29/26). The crew was scheduled to come out between 8am and 10am and of course naturally I thought they would come closer to 10 but they were here at 8am. That was a nice surprise. Hector approached me and we did a walkthrough of the backyard and he went over everything that Kaleb and I talked about. Hector and his crew did an outstanding job. I am very impressed with their work. It was a total of 3 guys and they did a wonderful job I am very happy with the privacy fence. They did it all in one day. They got done about 7pm. They kept me informed throughout the day. I highly, highly recommend this company and I hope Hector and his crew are the guys to get the job done!”
