“Patrick and his team did an outstanding job with the installation and in 99 degree heat - it was brutal but they all worked super hard. We have three dogs and there isn’t a single space of light under the fence where they could even think of digging out now. Hunter, who came out to do the quote, was also excellent. And Superior has a Dashboard that lets you know exactly how many customers are in front of you and the approximate date of installation. Would absolutely recommend!!! A++++++”

“08/05/26 Update: After my review, I was contacted by Joe, the operations manager. He immediately rectified the problem! He met with me personally to see the issues for himself; he then came back the next day and repaired everything! That’s how you do business and build a rapport to keep people coming back! Although my first experience wasn’t the best, Joe did a great job easing the tension and turning this situation around. I appreciate him and the team for all their hard work. Initially, everything started off good. Hunter was a pleasure to work with. He came out, explained the process of the build and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Things shifted when it came time to build the fence. It wasn’t properly communicated what we were wanting to the builders which caused confusion and frustration. The project took longer than we were told in the beginning. There were days the crew worked all day and then there were days they were gone within an hour and nothing was done. Other days they were late or didn’t show and nobody even bothered to call. While the fence looks good, we’re not satisfied with the finished project. I’ve voiced my concerns to no avail. I haven’t gotten replies to my text nor does anyone ever return my calls. There’s gaps in the fence, loose boards, etc. Due to how long it took to get the fence built, it seems like the crew was rushing and just threw the fence together. I was told at one point, those things would be fixed and that has not happened. I don’t feel like I should beg for what should already be expected when you pay for a service. Still a great company, but for what I paid the quality of work doesn’t add up.”
