“If you want a headache free fence experience, call Superior. From the minute Jeff came to scope out the Job to them finishing it, they were 1st class. The county was giving me crap about a landscaping easment but Jeff and Amy took care of everything regarding my survey, submitting what was needed to the county so we could have our fence where we wanted, communicating with the county, permits, literally everything. All I had to do was sign and pay. Jeff and Amy are both very communicative and let you know whats going on at all times and actually answer their phones when you try to get ahold of them or call you back same day. The installation team was incredible. Thank you to Raul, Gilberto, Jose, and Dominik. They were on time, clean, and went out of their way to customize my fence to match the grade of my yard which I didn't even ask for and it looks amazing. Raul was very professional and had me do walk arounds throughout the project to make sure I liked it. Definitely recommend if you want a stress free fence experience. Thank you again!”

“Fence Review We are very pleased with the installation and look of the fence. It complements nicely the look of our yard. The crew was fast, efficient, and open to working with us. I have a few comments and suggestions that would add further to the quality of the fence and installation experience. 1. The system (cedar components attached to corrosion resistant steel members) was unexpected but I was impressed in terms of efficiency of assembly, apparent low maintenance, and overall look. I would have preferred a description of the system prior to assembly to better understand what I was getting. This is something that should be added to your website. 2. Because of the sloping fence line, a single fence height was not possible. The installer’s solution was to slope the last section of fence; I would have preferred a step. My preference was not solicited. If it were, I would have selected a step. 3. The fence was installed with the bottom rail touching dirt. Dirt and moisture contribute to premature decay. A gap between the fence and ground is preferred. (we were able to clear a gap after installation). 4. Ends of horizontal trim were butted together in space. Due to normal warping of timber boards, the ends did not align properly. A better detail is to butt the ends over a solid piece of wood where the ends can be fastened to that piece. See photos. 5. There is a large gap between the gate and gate post. This is the only gap in the entire system and seems excessively large. This could be mitigated through improved detailing of the gate latch. 6. The fence line crossed over some existing pavers. Some paving blocks had to be removed to install gate posts. I understand this is a necessary part of construction and that pavement removal is not part of the installation. The attempt at repairing the pavers removed was a disaster. The end result was of very poor quality, causing me great difficulty in repair. Additional, the paver base material was dumped in our garden rather than disposing of it off site. If I were informed of the issue prior to installation, I could have removed paving blocks myself and repaired them afterwards.”
