He called me late at night to accommodate my work travel, discussed all of my options in-depth, and helped me make decisions that ultimately gave us more yard. in the end, we are absolutely thrilled with our decision. The installed a pretty big fence with 2 gates in one day. Tim, the foreman of the 3-man team, was a machine. I've never seen 3 people work so hard. They cleaned up great, as well. I will recommend Superior to everyone I know. Pricing was fair. Not the cheapest, far from the most expensive. The fence quality is top-notch. The gates are spectacular. Couldn't say enough nice things about these guys. One of the rare times that you over-research and actually feel like you hit the long ball.”

They were about 20% more expensive than the other two competitors I received quotes from, but I ultimately felt they would do the best job. Additionally, neither competitor was willing to remove the concrete from the old wood privacy fence being replaced, which was important to me, and Superior included that. Their customer portal for updates, payments, and communication was also very good and easy to use. The installation occurred only about one week later than originally projected despite a significant amount of rain, which I felt was reasonable. The installation crew did a great job overall, and the quality of the fence appears high. There was an initial issue where not all of the old concrete was removed, but after I reached out, Superior responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. It was also clear that the installation is handled by subcontracted crews, which wasn’t fully apparent upfront. The crew that completed the work was skilled and professional, but communication between the company and the installers could have been tighter in a few areas. They also worked quickly and cleanly. A “project manager” did visit the site, but her role appeared to be limited strictly to scheduling and communication. She was very kind and responsive, but she did not seem to have technical knowledge of the installation—for example, she was not aware of basic installation details such as gate clipping or guide wire setup. So while she was helpful for coordination, she was not involved in or knowledgeable about the actual build process. Overall, I am still giving this a 5-star review because despite a few minor issues, they delivered on their promises, completed the work in a timely manner, and communication throughout the process was strong and responsive.”

“Superior Fence did an amazing job on my new aluminum fence. They installed beautiful ball-topped posts and three arched gates, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed with how much care they took to make sure everything was done right. My yard is large, unusually shaped, and has some tricky slopes, so this was not an easy project. One area in the back of the property also had a previously installed protective enclosure around a drainage area, which helps keep children and animals safe. I had not been happy with the way another company had handled that section, but the Superior crew took the time to study the situation and came up with a solution that truly works. They placed the new fence behind the enclosure in a way that looks intentional and blends beautifully with the rest of my landscaping.
