“I rarely post reviews but the team from Superior Fence & Rail did such an outstanding job. I moved into a newly built home at the end of January and had the intention of building a fence for my dog. After a couple quotes from other companies I decided to wait until later on. Each company just came off as sales pitchy and they always emphasized the importance of depositing now to get on their books now because they were always booked. I didn’t like that tactic so I decided to wait. Then comes Superior Fence and Rail. I put some info in on their website and Travis, the owner, came by the next day and did the quote for my fence installation. He explained the process, the 3 year warranty and gave me a great quote. I did explain that I was on a time crunch because I had a new puppy coming soon and wanted the fence installed sooner than later. There wasn’t any pressure and the fact that they had a 3 warranty beat a lot of other companies who only had a 1 year warranty. I put the deposit down and got on their books quickly. The installers, Gabriel, Armando and Emmanuel did such a great job with the install. It was very quick and I am beyond impressed with the speed and quality of work they did. They did a great job with clean up as well! I know the dogs are going to enjoy the freedom and safety of having a fenced backyard. If you’re looking for a quality built fence without the pressure or sales tactics, Superior Fence and Rail in Knoxville is the right way to go. Thanks guys!”
