The installation team, lead by Edwin, arrived on time, quickly laid out the construction materials and completed the entire project in one day. The team was a great blend of attention to detail and working quickly. Kenny was kind enough to stop by the next day to do the final inspection and close out the project. “Had my new fence installed today, I'm incredibly happy with it. I originally contacted Superior as well as a few other companies around to get quotes for the replacement about a year ago. I knew my fence was needing replacement as it was rotting in several large areas, falling from the posts, and the gate was off its hinges. I kept them in mind when I decided to finally pull the trigger this year. Trent McCormick originally gave me the quote from last year, and I happened to see him at a booth for Superior at the VA Beach Homeshow at the convention center. I told him I was ready to pull the trigger, and he had his office call me to have a meeting with the sales rep, Chad George, who met up with me to hear what I was interested in doing. He was fantastic explaining everything to me, giving me multiple options as far as lay out and fence type, and got me the best deal he could make. Today, Wilmer and his team came out to put up the new fence. They were very professional and did an amazing job ripping out the old fence and installing the new one. Wilmer had me a do a walk through with him both before they started and after they finished to ensure they had all their notes correct, and to ensure I was happy with the finished product. Clearly, these installers are held to a high standard, either they set themselves or set by Superior. They worked very efficiently, had my old fence down in less than two hours, and spent the next four hours installing the new fence. I'm extremely happy with the way the new fence looks. I was a little worried about how the fence would look when completed, but they did such a great job I've spent the rest of the day walking around it and admiring it. They used all the dirt to fill in the gaps below the fence, including areas where the previous homeowners dogs had dug deep holes under the fence. They also did an amazing job with the top of the fence to make it look as even as possible, despite the difference in grade around the yard. What an amazing upgrade from my previous dilapidated wood fence. The installation team did a great job cleaning up too, not that I would expect any less, but some contractors just generally leave trade litter and debris at jobs, not these guys, they are extremely professional and cleaned up every little thing at the end. I'm amazed at how the team payed attention to all the small details on the fence, and in the yard in general. I do think the price for the job was a bit high, you could easily hire a general contractor to do it cheaper, but you wouldn't get the level of expertise and high quality fencing and work like you get at Superior. I'm so happy with this work that I will continue using Superior, Mr. George, and hopefully Wilmer and his team for all my future fence needs (including possibly adding an additional gate to the fence they just installed). I 100% recommend at least considering Superior before you hire for your fence needs.”
