“We had a 6’ White Hamilton privacy fence installed. The fence quality is excellent. Our installation crew was professional, courteous and did a great job installing it. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was the scheduling. A week before the installation date we asked if the installation date to be pushed back one day. We were told we would get a call back later that day. We did not get a call. When we called the next day we got sent to voice mail where we asked if the date was moved. We did not get a call back so we tried again the next day and got sent to voicemail again where we left another message. We never got a call back and our dashboard showed the installation date hadn’t been moved so we assumed it wasn’t. We waited for the crew to arrive on the original installation date and no one showed. When we called we were told the date have been moved two days out because we requested a reschedule. We were glad the date was moved but it would have been nice if the scheduler had called to confirm the new date was acceptable or at least updated the dashboard so we knew.”
