At the beginning of our project, we had 3 bids and actually selected another company in the beginning due to a neighbor's recommendation. After that company tried to nickel and dime us after the final walk through, we pulled out of our agreement and I instantly called Carson, the SF&R Salesman. He jumped on the opportunity to assist and did not disappoint. They moved quickly to get us on the schedule and walked us through the entire process. During the installation day, the dumpster company ruined some of our landscaping in our neighborhood and Carlos (project manager) got right on the phone with the office to ensure it was all corrected. Olivia worked with our HOA to ensure everyone was satisfied and the broken sprinkler was taken care of. Installation was quick and painless. Carlos walked me through the project asking any follow up questions and Hector and his team completed demolition and installation all within a day (and we don't have a small yard). Everything was cleaned up like they were never here, which is a huge plus in my book. I would recommend Superior Fence & Rail to anyone looking to hire - you won't be disappointed!”

Although we didn't have the fence installed for a few months after that, he followed up with me consistently (but not annoyingly), answered questions when I reached out to him, etc. Once we decided to move forward, Olivia helped with all of the planning. She obtained the permit, sent the paperwork to our HOA, answered all of my questions and was on top of every single thing. We met the project manager, Zach, the morning of our installation and he patiently walked us around our lot, answering questions, giving us suggestions on things we hadn't considered, and was very friendly, informative & helpful.
