My salesman Tom even stopped by to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. The crew worked very diligently and cleaned up their mess and raked down the dirt along my fence line that they dug up for the post holes. Once installation was completed, Alex had me walk it again to make sure I was pleased with their work, which I was. I highly recommend Superior to anyone looking for a new fence for their yard. The only minor issue we had was the workers used a few handfuls of black screws on our white fence which stood out very obviously. They did come back out to change out the screws when we asked. Communication-wise I wish we’d had some better communication from the team on installation as the timelines we were given and the actual installation did not match - which is fine - I just feel it should have been better communicated to us. We were left waiting for weeks with no reach out from the company - my husband had to continually check in so we knew what was going on.”

The company took care of pulling a permit from the city and calling 8-1-1 to check for utilities. I felt like the price was a little high, but it was in line with other quotes I received so I guess it was reasonable. My only other critique was that the sales pitch felt rushed, but at no point did I feel pressured to immediately book with the company or guilty because I wanted to get other quotes. The walk through with Junior on the day of the build was thorough and I appreciated his attentiveness. He and Rogilio did a wonderful job and were respectful of my property. They finished the job in less than 8 hours. Tori was there to check in through the process and answered all of my questions.
