“We had a great experience with Superior. Steve came out to give us an estimate and was knowledge and thorough, making us feel at ease. Communication with the company was quick and easy at each step. On the day of installation a crew of 3 guys arrived before 8:30 and went right to work. By 3:00 our old fence was hauled away and the new one complete. We had a strange fence shape to follow and some difficult terrain (roots and thorns) which the crew handled with ease. We are extremely happy with our new fence from Superior Fence and Rail.”

Tony came out to give us an estimate and was so very helpful, he was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. When the installers Austin, Cam and Preston came to install the fence they were very professional, very nice and these men were very hard workers. They did an awesome job!! I would definitely use the company again.”

“We had an automatic gate opener installed by Superior Fence & Rail. Jake and the others arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. The install looks and works great. They answered all of our questions, demonstrated how to operate all of the equipment, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use this company again. Great communication.”

“I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way I was treated during the fence installation process. Brent Burkett called me "stupid" and made comments to workers that I "sleep all the time." This is completely untrue, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. On the first day, Brent attempted to schedule the estimate appointment the same day. I informed him that I already had prior commitments, including a neurologist appointment for my daughter due to her epilepsy, and that I was also actively on the phone handling medical matters. This information was clearly communicated. Despite this, inappropriate assumptions were made about my availability and character. On another day, Bret attempted to conduct an estimate appointment without confirming it with me first. Although my son was home, Bret chose to stand at the locked gate and complete the estimate from outside the property instead of coordinating proper access or walking through the plans with someone inside. This was confusing, unprofessional, and did not allow for an accurate or respectful consultation. This is not something I do every day. I trusted Home Depot as reference because I have had positive experiences in the past, including purchasing a shed for my backyard that I was very pleased with. I also received a $1,600 quote from another company for a similar fence and chose Home Depot expecting quality service, clear communication, and professionalism -- not to be talked down to, disrespected, or made to feel bullied. I would like to acknowledge that the installation crew themselves were kind and respectful, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the behavior and conduct displayed by Brent were unacceptable and should be addressed. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and handled appropriately. No one should be treated like this!! I know things happen but treating people with kindness and respect goes a long way! For example, they left air compressors, and of course I called and return it. Honesty, integrity and kindness goes a long way. Update- Alex the installer and his boss David have both really made the difference in this whole experience! Update after they are finished. They finished the gate fix today. April 10th I’ll give the installers a 5 star but the sales guy a 1. I don’t feel I can give the company a 5 star but I’ll change it to a 4 because of the installers.”
