We also had some challenging communication issues between the salesperson, the office staff, our HOA and us which complicated the process to get our fence materials ordered correctly and schedule the installation. In fairness however, it has been a tough summer to be a contractor, between pouring rain, blazing heat and smoky skies so I want to cut them some rope on the scheduling, but I would also say that office staff needs some improvement on direct and timely communication with customers so we don't feel left out of the process. All that said, once involved, the manager Josh was really lovely and worked very hard to improve our situation and make the fence installation a positive experience. I felt well cared for under his watch and he was really good about communicating promptly when there were issues at the shop to get the materials cut correctly. He even came out of the office to the job site personally to make sure things were going smoothly. The installation crew was really pleasant. They were responsive to my husband's concerns midpoint throught the install and made sure to address every area where he had doubts. We have a very small yard with an electrical box, an ATT communications box and a gas line, so there is not a lot of room to work around all the different hazards and still deliver a great fence. The workers were all polite and careful, even when they had to return to the site the next day to replace a post that had cracked in installation. The finished fence looks very nice, the materials and hardware seem to be good quality. The gates swing properly and the locking mechanisms are easy to open, close when they should, and are a definite improvement over our prior fence. Jessie did tell us to expect there could be some settling over time, but that the fence comes with a 3 year warranty with free adjustments if needed. Overall I would say we are pleased with the fence and the work completed and would recommend this company to other customers with the caveat not to get too frustrated when calling the office. :)”
