“We could not be happier with our entire experience with Superior Fence and Rail! Dawn met with us at our new home, which we were preparing to close on, to provide an estimate. She was amazing! She was very informative and took the time to explain their products, what they have done to improve them, and what makes them stand out from the competition. She walked us through all the different options and showed us product samples so we could make an informed decision. Dawn was professional, friendly, and never made us feel pressured into buying anything, which is refreshing compared to many other companies. She was also prompt in getting our estimate to us. Rebecca, the office manager, was equally amazing. She worked with us and our HOA to make sure everything went smoothly. We experienced a few closing delays, and Rebecca went above and beyond to accommodate us and reschedule our installation. She kept us informed, checked in on our closing status, and genuinely cared about how we were doing during what can be a very stressful process. They were professional, hardworking, and did an excellent job with the installation. The quality of the fence and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. You will be amazed at the quality and quantity they can achieve on a single shift. 240 linear in 8 hrs. Bonus they even custom fitted the fence for my robot lawnmower. See attached pics. The door works great and the neighbors are envious. Lol To tie it all all together you have Janet and Rebecca running the show all the way through install. “This company has been absolutely amazing! I called about a new "up to current code" fence around my in ground pool. Called for a quote, Dawn came out walked the property with me sent me quotes then some readjustments had to be made. At no point did I feel pressured. She worked with every adjustment and let me know the right way to make it work for code and my price and dimension preferences. Rebecca in the office was superb as well with scheduling and answering questions. The installers were knowledgeable and diligent. Took next to no time and my fence looks amazing. We told her we wanted a space to project movies for the pool and the white vinyl fence is perfect. Install was quick and efficient. Questions were answered and service was top notch!
