Not only were they the only ones who didn’t try to upsell us or change our minds about what we wanted, but they offered great information on placement and transparent insight about materials that would give us the most longevity. Ryan, our sales rep, was extremely informative and patient. He came promptly for our estimate, provided a very thorough walk through, and made sure he understood our needs with fencing to make sure what we were selecting would fit the yard transformation goals we were hoping to achieve with fencing. He was our main point of contact throughout and was always easily accessible. He’s an excellent representation of this company and its dedication to customer service and customer satisfaction. Lauren, the office manager, was just as pleasant to deal with and made scheduling very easy and straight forward. The foreman for our job, George, and his team were excellent and extremely professional and friendly during installation. They worked so efficiently and respectfully. Unless you actually saw them, you’d never have known they were there. They were quick, but meticulous, and did a great job! We had almost 300 linear feet of fence installed and it was knocked out from start to finish in about 10 hours across two days. For the quality of installation and customer service, this was worth every penny. I only wish we had done it sooner! We’re looking forward to building our landscapes incorporating our new fence and will enjoy our yard to the fullest for many years to come. Highly recommend!”
