“Install 03/26; approx 300 ft of 6’ pine privacy fence w/ gates. The salesman was pretty professional, but rushed. They were quick to respond to communications and on time for everything. When installation day came, the crew spoke little English. I know it’s the way of the world today, but it was hard to enjoy or have input during the installation. One gentleman created a 6’ high 5’X5’ enclosure around the A/c compressor, which I had requested, instead of 4’ high, and had to trim it. I know the lumber was fresh and perhaps this the way lumber comes today, but many 2x4s and posts were badly warped or cracked. They finished quickly, I inspected and seemed fine. Several pickets were tacked on the top only, and I later nailed the rest myself. The gates work well and seem sturdy. Overall i am pleased with the quality and speed of the job, just wish it was more enjoyable to spend that kind of money on a such a large (for me) purchase. NOTE: I have not complained or anything, and I held off on this review for months, but finally caved in to the constant requests. So, here it is.”
