Aaron reached out via phone the very next day, Abbi alerted me that Jesse would be reaching out soon ( even though he had a medical emergency). Jesse was on-site and investigated the situation and immediately had the work crew assembled and knocked out the warranty repair within a couple of hours which including setting a new 6x6 post and realigning my gates and corrected the failing fence board attachments to the aluminum frame.
