Sales Consultant: $70k-$150k (Commission Based) (Paid Training includes $600/week for 6 weeks)
Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling – leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. Laptop and phone provided after the training period is completed and vehicle is provided between 30-60 days after the training period. Full benefits, including health insurance are offered. The territory for this position is in Mecklenburg County, so candidates should reside in/near the Charlotte, NC area.

Fence Installer: $15 – $21/hr
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking full-time Fence installers for immediate hire. Typical work week is Monday to Thursday from 6:45am to 5:00pm, and some Fridays. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link, all tools and training will be provided. Full benefits, including health insurance are offered. Candidates are required to have at least 1 year of fencing experience.
