Homeowners Association Fence Considerations
November 03, 2017
Installing a fence requires a special building permit in most cities and countries. Requirements and fees can be very different depending on your location. Typically, a contractor or an owner of the house must present their municipality with a copy of the property survey, along with the specifications and plans for an intended fence. Permit fees generally range between $150 and $400.

Irrigation Considerations
October 24, 2017
Sprinkler system consists of a series of PVC tubes that run underground. PVC is a good material because it’s lightweight and easy to install, but it’s also difficult to locate and prone to damage. This happens frequently during fence installation because sprinkler lines usually run along the same property line where you want your fence installed. Unless your fence is installed before your sprinklers – accidental breaks in the pvc lines are unavoidable. The best thing you can do is be prepared, and have an irrigation repair company on hand.

Grabill Fencing Requirements:
Grabill fence company
Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne operates out of Grabill, and our company has more than 50 installation crews building fences with premium materials every day. Buying fence materials in large quantities lets us work with the best wholesalers and offer high quality products in a range of designs, and our crews install more than two million linear feet of fence each year. For a Grabill fence company that builds a Superior fence, Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne is right in town.
Grabill fence contractor
Superior Fence & Rail has more than 20 years of experience and gives Grabill homeowners a consistent, high quality product. Smaller installers sometimes combine goods based on what a wholesaler has on hand or what pays best. We don’t support that practice and never will. Our job is to deliver quality and performance and to keep parts available for any repair or replacement.
Grabill fence builder
Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne is a Grabill fence builder that supplies its own materials and checks that each one meets our standards. We fabricate in house to avoid shortcuts. Every location keeps improving its equipment, software and procedures, and we keep supplies close by so we can offer reasonable installation dates and complete most installs in one day.
Grabill fence installation
We take care with every Grabill fence installation. Our crew comes out the day before to remove and dispose of your old fence. On installation day, we check every material three times before arriving at your home. We know how long the job will take, and we plan to finish in one day.
Grabill fence financing
Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne offers Grabill fence financing through more than 13 lending partners, so you can get your fence now and pay over time. Loans range from $1,000 to $100,000, with rates as low as 4.99% APR and terms from 2 to 12 years. Pick a payment plan that suits your budget.
Grabill Fencing Options
Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne can handle every one of your Grabill fencing options. We have our own vinyl specification and have manufactured and installed millions of feet of vinyl fence. We require reliable quality from our suppliers, far above industry standards, so our fences can withstand strong winds and intense sun. Our fencing also includes PrivacyLock, a patented locking panel design that reduces the chance of failure compared with the tongue and groove panels most companies install.
