Homeowners Association Fence Considerations
November 03, 2017
Installing a fence requires a special building permit in most cities and countries. Requirements and fees can be very different depending on your location. Typically, a contractor or an owner of the house must present their municipality with a copy of the property survey, along with the specifications and plans for an intended fence. Permit fees generally range between $150 and $400.

Irrigation Considerations
October 24, 2017
Sprinkler system consists of a series of PVC tubes that run underground. PVC is a good material because it’s lightweight and easy to install, but it’s also difficult to locate and prone to damage. This happens frequently during fence installation because sprinkler lines usually run along the same property line where you want your fence installed. Unless your fence is installed before your sprinklers – accidental breaks in the pvc lines are unavoidable. The best thing you can do is be prepared, and have an irrigation repair company on hand.

New Haven Fencing Requirements:
New Haven fence company
Superior Fence & Rail sends out more than 50 installation crews every day, and each crew works only with premium materials. New Haven homeowners get the benefit of that scale. We buy fence materials in large volumes, which lets us pick the best wholesalers and offer quality products in many designs. Across the company, we install over two million linear feet of fence each year. When you want a New Haven fence company that does things right, Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne is a phone call away.
New Haven fence contractor
Our company has spent more than 20 years building fences, and New Haven homeowners get that same consistent product on every job. Some smaller installers combine materials from whatever a wholesaler happens to stock, often choosing what pays them best. We refuse to work that way. We focus on quality and performance, and we make sure replacement parts stay available if your fence ever needs a repair.
New Haven fence builder
As a New Haven fence builder, Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne sources its own materials and checks that each one meets our standards. Our fabrication happens in house, which keeps shortcuts out of the process. We keep refining our equipment, software and methods at every location. We also stock supplies so we can give you a realistic installation date, and most of our installs are finished in one day.
New Haven fence installation
Each New Haven fence installation follows a careful plan. A day ahead of time, our crew removes your old fence and disposes of it. Before leaving for your home on installation day, we verify every material three times. We know how long the work will take, and our aim is to complete it in a single day.
New Haven fence financing
If the cost of a new fence is holding you back, financing can help. Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne works with more than 13 lenders to offer New Haven fence financing from $1,000 to $100,000. Rates start as low as 4.99% APR, and terms run from 2 to 12 years, so you can choose a monthly payment that works and have your fence installed right away.
New Haven Fencing Options
Whatever fencing options you’re considering in New Haven, Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne can help. We wrote our own vinyl specification and have manufactured and installed millions of feet of vinyl fence. Our suppliers must meet the same high standard every time, which goes well past industry requirements and helps our fences stand up to hard winds and strong sun. Our fencing also uses PrivacyLock, a patented locking panel system that is less likely to fail than the tongue and groove panels most companies use.
New Haven vinyl fence
Homes and businesses in New Haven can count on Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne for vinyl fencing, and no one does vinyl better than SFR. Our vinyl is 43% thicker than the industry standard and carries a transferable lifetime warranty. A SolarShield outer coating protects it from damaging UV rays and reduces oxidation, keeping the color and sheen looking good for longer.
New Haven wood fence
A wood fence adds privacy and protection for your family and pets, along with a natural look that suits your yard and garden. Every picket we install has a warranty of at least 15 years against rot and termite damage, and the posts and horizontal rails are covered against both for the life of your fence. Each wood fence is built on site, so it’s ready for the wind and snow of a northeast Indiana winter.
New Haven aluminum fence
Superior Fence & Rail of Fort Wayne offers a large variety of aluminum fences for New Haven properties. Our supplier is one of the leading aluminum fence manufacturers in the United States, and you can choose from many grades, colors and styles. SolarShield powder coating protects each fence and can withstand 3,000 hours of salt spray without breaking down, roughly twice the amount experts suggest. Every aluminum fence comes with a transferable lifetime guarantee.
