It started with our sales person, who spent 2 hours flagging our yard. He actually helped us discover the builder shorted us on grass (new build). Unfortunately, our salesperson left (on good terms) mid-process...but, Alan, the owner, came to the rescue and went overboard. He called me late at night to accommodate my work travel, discussed all of my options in-depth, and helped me make decisions that ultimately gave us more yard. in the end, we are absolutely thrilled with our decision. The installed a pretty big fence with 2 gates in one day. Tim, the foreman of the 3-man team, was a machine. I've never seen 3 people work so hard. They cleaned up great, as well. I will recommend Superior to everyone I know. Pricing was fair. Not the cheapest, far from the most expensive. The fence quality is top-notch. The gates are spectacular.
