Eric’s small unit leadership style is deeply rooted in his service as a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (Class of 2004), where he also competed on the rugby and football teams. Following his education, he gained extensive leadership experience during deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Before entering the home services industry, Eric had a high-level career in medical device sales, serving as a regional vice president for a major corporation.
