“Our fence was installed by Jose Calderon and another gentleman whose name I didn’t get. ( my apologies). They arrived a little earlier than expected and dove right into the job! We had a few shrubs that required removal which they took care of with no problems. They then confirmed what needed to be to be done and worked consistently and professionally to get the job done. What I thought was going to be a two day job was completely expertly in one. Once they began, nothing more was required of my husband or myself, only to move out of the way and let them work. Upon completion, My yard looked completely different! The craftsmanship was EXCELLENT. It was obvious that they knew and took pride in what they were doing. I’m overly impressed with the outcome. Based on their work and ethics I would gladly refer Superior fence and rail. However, please be mindful that if you are needing expeditious service, the front of office leaves a lot to be required. While Jeremy is a world class salesman , the front of office (most notably Macy) works to the beat of their own drum. We explained that the reason for the fence was to block access from a pit bull that moved in behind us. We were assured that our needs we understood and would be factored into scheduling. Two weeks later, I found myself having to make repeated calls to get updates instead of receiving them. I was given incorrect information in a few instances as well. Once we were FINALLY scheduled. Every thing else was a breeze. As I stated if urgency isn’t your issue please give them a go. The WORK is awesome!”

“I recently hired Superior Fence & Rail to replace an aging backyard gate on my townhouse end-unit, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their work and professionalism. From the start, their walkthrough process was detailed and completely pressure-free. The quote they provided was competitive, transparent, and free of extra credit card processing fees, which is a fantastic bonus for maximizing rewards. The installation crew arrived promptly and crafted a stunning, heavy-duty 6'H Shadowbox wood gate from scratch on-site. Unlike many contractors who cut corners, Superior enhanced the structural foundation with a substantial 6"x6" gate post set in 90 lbs of concrete, using heavy-duty hardware and hot-dipped galvanized ring-shank nails. The craftsmanship is impeccable—perfectly level and compliant with my strict HOA guidelines (with the finished side facing out and an exact 2-inch drainage gap)—and they left the area spotless. Moreover, their office and project managers were exceptional to work with. They accommodated my request for a two-phase project, prioritizing the carpentry work first and safely pausing the staining phase to allow the wood to properly cure during the recent rainy weather.
