We had a few shrubs that required removal which they took care of with no problems. They then confirmed what needed to be to be done and worked consistently and professionally to get the job done. What I thought was going to be a two day job was completely expertly in one. Once they began, nothing more was required of my husband or myself, only to move out of the way and let them work. Upon completion, My yard looked completely different! The craftsmanship was EXCELLENT. It was obvious that they knew and took pride in what they were doing. I’m overly impressed with the outcome. Based on their work and ethics I would gladly refer Superior fence and rail. However, please be mindful that if you are needing expeditious service, the front of office leaves a lot to be required. While Jeremy is a world class salesman , the front of office (most notably Macy) works to the beat of their own drum. We explained that the reason for the fence was to block access from a pit bull that moved in behind us. We were assured that our needs we understood and would be factored into scheduling. Two weeks later, I found myself having to make repeated calls to get updates instead of receiving them. I was given incorrect information in a few instances as well. Once we were FINALLY scheduled. The craftsmanship is impeccable—perfectly level and compliant with my strict HOA guidelines (with the finished side facing out and an exact 2-inch drainage gap)—and they left the area spotless. Moreover, their office and project managers were exceptional to work with. They accommodated my request for a two-phase project, prioritizing the carpentry work first and safely pausing the staining phase to allow the wood to properly cure during the recent rainy weather.
