The replacement is far better looking & more substantial than its predecessor installed 25 years ago. That fencing rusted through at its base and was literally falling down. I was in desperate need for a replacement but several companies I contacted didn’t do the kind of work I needed to have done. A neighbor had a beautiful metal fence recently installed and I had spoken to two of the installers during the process—I’d been impressed with their work. Later I asked the home owner if she was pleased with the result (she was) and for the firm’s contact information. Superior’s estimator arrived on time for our appointment, understood what I wanted, mapped out what would be done and submitted a plan. I was pleased with what he proposed and agreed with the price which was fair and less than I’d expected (probably shouldn’t say that!). He showed up the first day of the project to describe to the installers exactly what should be done—and they delivered! They provided something even better than I hoped. The three installers worked efficiently, pleasant to have around and quiet, so quiet in fact, I checked a few times to make certain they were still here! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results of their work and how quickly it was accomplished. Your entire operation was a wonderful surprise in every respect. Thank you all, including office staff. Sales person arrived on time, only one who arrived with one of those measuring gizmos btw, gave me a straightforward and reasonable estimate as promised. Great follow through all during the project. Project manager, also great man, thank you for your service to our country, did his darnest to get this done. I had family emergency and he said, no worries, he'd take care of things. And he did. During the install, the truck broke down, but they STILL got it done, bent over backward to meet our agreed upon date. The workers, really fun, skilled guys. I ended up passing out flash lights, they were that dedicated to finish things up. Cleaned up nicely too. There was minor follow up afterwards the next day, the team member and the project manager both came to the house and got everything fixed up. I don't want to go through process of a new fence soon of course, but I am confident if I do, they will be there to honor their warranty and workmanship. In summary, professional all around, efficient, hardworking, honest, very nice workmanship. Thanks guys for all you did!”
