“The initial visit from the sales rep to the build was about 2 months. It probably would have been worth it for me to have a survey done to expedite the process. The company took care of pulling a permit from the city and calling 8-1-1 to check for utilities. I felt like the price was a little high, but it was in line with other quotes I received so I guess it was reasonable. My only other critique was that the sales pitch felt rushed, but at no point did I feel pressured to immediately book with the company or guilty because I wanted to get other quotes. The walk through with Junior on the day of the build was thorough and I appreciated his attentiveness. He and Rogilio did a wonderful job and were respectful of my property. They finished the job in less than 8 hours. Tori was there to check in through the process and answered all of my questions.
