Jennifer Welsey

Jennifer Welsey is the Director of Operations at Superior Fence and Rail, where she oversees supply chain, vendor relations, and the operational systems that keep fence installations running smoothly from quote to final walkthrough.

Jennifer’s path into the fencing industry started with a strong foundation in product knowledge and customer service. She began her career at Sherwin-Williams, working as a representative inside Home Depot, where she helped customers choose the right products for their projects. From there, she spent 12 years in manufacturing, specializing in aluminum and vinyl products, supply chain innovation, and distribution, experience that gave her deep, hands-on knowledge of the materials that go into every fence Superior installs.

Jennifer joined the Superior team three years ago, drawn to the strength and values of the brand. Vinyl and aluminum remain her favorite materials to work with, and her background in sourcing and vendor relations means she brings a materials-first understanding to every operational decision she makes. Her areas of expertise include:

What sets Jennifer apart is her focus on long-term value over short-term savings. She often points out that homeowners comparing quotes should look past the lowest price and ask what they might be giving up, whether that’s product quality, a reliable warranty, or long-term peace of mind.

Jennifer holds a degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Outside of work, she’s deeply involved in her community, having served as PTA President, Team Mom, and Treasurer for her local high school’s football booster club. As a mom to three sons, she’s made it a priority to show them that nothing gets done unless someone steps up to do it, a philosophy that shows up in how she leads at work, too.

Outside the office, Jennifer is a proud mom to 3 wonderful sons, a full-time dog lover, and a part-time bookworm.
