Joe Dominiak is President of Superior Fence & Rail, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, franchise growth, and operational excellence across North America.
Joe brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience to the role, with a career built on transforming organizations, developing high-performing teams, and creating scalable growth strategies across franchise and multi-unit businesses. Before joining Superior Fence & Rail, he served as CEO and Chief Operations Officer of Buddy’s Pizza, President and COO of ARC Group Inc., and CEO/Owner of Cultivate-People, where he founded and operated a multi-unit, multi-brand franchise group spanning Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Supercuts locations across several markets. That breadth of experience, leading teams through large-scale operational turnarounds, implementing smarter systems, and driving record performance across revenue, EBITDA, and customer experience, shapes how he approaches franchise leadership today.
