Superior Fence & Rail knows how important it is to keep your family and pets safe and protected during this time of social distancing. We know that our current and future customers are spending much more time in their yards and that a fence eases some of the pressure by keeping a protected space within your property for children and pets to play, stretch their legs and burn off excess energy. Our new no-contact option adheres to the COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the CDC.

No-contact fence estimation and installation:

When filling out your estimate form or calling for an estimate, select the no-contact option and your Superior Fence & Rail team will do the following:

  • FaceTime or video chat in order to prepare your new fence estimate
  • Hands-free transfer of documents with 100% digital document transfer
  • Hands-free and no-contact payment options include digital payment processing to ensure no in-person contact
  • FaceTime or video chat installation kickoff
  • FaceTime, video chat, text or email final walkthrough and finished job review

With our no-contact option, your trusted Superior Fence & Rail team will have no face-to-face contact ensuring all electronic and digital communication, payments and document transfer. Your estimation and installation team will not knock on your door and will keep at least a 10-foot distance from all family members and pets while on your property.

We also want to update you on our enhanced safety regimens for our field team that will be servicing your property. Beyond the normal practice of washing hands and other CDC recommendations, we have ramped up cleaning services to sanitize our vehicles. You can also be confident that if any of our team members are showing indications of sickness, they will be sent home and will not come to your home, even if it means a slight delay in finishing your new fence installation.

We are closely monitoring and following the CDC guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Our staff and clients mean everything to us. Our goal is to provide a clean and safe experience to all of our clients.
